Backfill node IP addresses

Backfills IP addresses for registered nodes. Use the confirmed query parameter to indicate whether to confirm the operation, and review the returned changes list to see what was updated.

  • IdempotentThe SDK sends Idempotency-Key, so a retried request is only applied once.
